STEVIE FAST'S KILLIN' TIME RACING THROWS ITS HAT IN THE PRO NITROUS RING

Killin Time Racing (KTR) will return to the Pro Nitrous arena in 2025 with PDRA Elite Top Sportsman competitor Tim Paap. Paap, who finished second overall in the points standings in 2024, is gearing up for the new challenge after a successful season with crew chief Jeffrey Barker.

"We are eager to throw our hat in the ring and do battle in Pro Nitrous; I have a great crew, and who would not be excited having the team at KTR with Barker and Jackson (Steve) helping make this program a reality," Paap said.

Paap has a long history as a business owner in the collision repair industry and has competed in various racing formats, including bracket races and PDRA competitions. After a tight finish in the 2024 PDRA Elite Top Sportsman series, he recognizes the importance of teamwork in high-level racing.

"We have champagne taste on a Natty [Natural Light beer] budget," Paap said. When you have the right people, anything is possible. The season ended last week, and we start testing next week for 2025! I am looking forward to keeping the momentum rolling," Paap added.

KTR holds multiple Nitrous records, including the first-ever 3.50 pass in Nitrous history, tuned by Stevie "Fast" Jackson. Jackson and KTR continue to maintain the Nitrous powered World Record ahead of the 2025 season.

"We have been waiting all year to make this announcement," Jackson said. He noted that the collaboration with Paap began last year at the Snowbirds event and emphasized the preparation involved in entering the competitive PDRA Pro Nitrous category.
