Along with supplying DSR with state-of-the-art uniforms, Champion System's logo will appear on all DSR race vehicles, transporters, technical trailers and hospitality trailers.

"It's very exciting for us to have the opportunity to be associated with Don Schumacher and the entire Don Schumacher Racing organization," said Scott Kaylin, president of Champion System. "Being relatively new to motorsports, we feel it will add a tremendous amount of validity to what our company is, what we represent and what we are trying to accomplish.

"One of the premises of our business is to be able to take care of a high-level athlete as well as a recreational athlete in any form. The processes that we do for our clothing are much different than what other companies in our industry do, which will allow us to provide services to the Schumacher organization that many of our competitors are unable to do. And, obviously, the teams that are in the DSR corral are very highly respected.

"With this affiliation, I think people will take notice of who we are, which is the initial goal, and then we have to prove what we are capable of accomplishing through our product. We can't make a driver faster, but we can do everything possible to make him look sharp and be comfortable, along with his crew and other team members," added Kaylin.

"We are honored to add Champion System to our associate sponsorship lineup for the 2009 NHRA Full Throttle Series and for future seasons," said team owner Schumacher. "The company's high-quality and innovative approach to the apparel business mirrors our team's goals to achieve success and provide the best product in our business. It is a perfect fit, and we look forward to a long association with Champion System.

“We plan to work closely with everyone at Champion System to help expand the awareness of its products throughout the NHRA drag-racing community. We believe in putting all of our team’s efforts, whether it be through endorsements and/or customer hospitality, to help support and promote Champion System.”
