We woke up saddened today, that forty years ago, drag racing lost one of its truly bright stars and all around good guy – Lee Shepherd. Shepherd was killed in an accident on March 11, 1985, while testing in the Reher-Morrison Camaro in Ardmore, Ok.


One can only ask, “what if?”
