The POWERJECTION I™ from
Professional Products is a throttle body based Electronic Fuel Injection system
with features never seen before. This unit looks exactly like a carburetor and
is free of those ugly wires and fuel rails that conventional fuel injection
systems include.

With this unique system, engines up to 500 HP do not require a fuel return
line. The Engine Management System (EMS) is a self-learning unit, which
eliminates the need for programming. That option is still available, but not
needed. Simply install the system and drive away. Within 30-minutes the computer
has taught itself and dialed in your engine. This system from Professional
Products can be used with forced induction as either a blow-through or a
suck-through.

The POWERJECTION I™ system features a billet or cast aluminum throttle body
with four port-style injectors. These injectors cannot be seen under the two
injector shrouds that look very similar to a standard 4-bbl carburetor. Because
the unit is the identical dimensions of a standard 4150 style carburetor, it is
a direct bolt-in swap on any vehicle equipped with a square bore 4-bbl carb.

The complete kit includes the EMS, inline electric fuel pump, fuel filter,
complete sensor pack, wide-band O2 sensor with a clamp style exhaust bung, and a
very comprehensive installation manual. Installation only takes a day!

NEW 811 CUBIC INCH HEMI ENGINE

When the legendary Hemi™
engine was making waves back in the 1960’s it was called the “elephant engine”
because of its sheer size and power. Today, the elephant has gone to the
mountain as seen with the announcement of this mammoth new 811 cubic inch
Chrysler Hemi engine.

With a 5.000 bore center,
12.000 inch deck height and 811 cubic inches of displacement, this engine is
significantly larger – and more powerful – than the 426 Hemi which represented
the high water mark of the engine series. Not only is this engine nearly 50%
larger, it’s also much more powerful as seen by its 1,700 hp as compared the
smaller Hemi’s original 425 hp factory rating.

Bear’s Performance of
Ontario, Canada provided the raw head casting which was prepped & assembled
by Sonny’s Racing Engines & Components. The latter finished the project by
utilizing these heads with their tried and true mountain motor engine
combination.

The engine is legal for use
in categories such as IHRA Pro Stock, which is an outgrowth of the original
factory hot rods from the golden age of drag racing. In this particular case,
this 811 Hemi was assembled for a specific customer who will run it in Top
Sportsman throughout the country in 2008.

New High-Rise Oldsmobile Dual-Plane CROSSWIND Intake

This is the first new design high performance high-rise dual plane manifold
available for the Oldsmobile 400, 425, 455-CID engines in recent years. The
Professional Products CROSSWIND® design features unique contemporary
enhancements not found in any competitive manifold. The large gap under the

This Olds big-block CROSSWIND® manifold features a square bore carburetor pad
that is 1¼-inches taller than similar dual plane manifolds. The added plenum
volume will provide more horsepower. The intake is available in satin (#57026)
or polished (#57025) finishes.

The manifold can also be drilled and tapped for nitrous nozzles and is
available with machined injector bosses, satin (#57028) or polished (#57027). A
complete Fuel Rail Kit is available (#10619) that includes rails, fittings,
crossover hose and a fuel pressure regulator. Retail pricing for these manifolds
is expected to start at approximately $250.

  • Uses standard .630" pick-up tube.
  • Relief Groove Pressure Balanced Gerotor Assembly.
    Gear Pressure Balancing eliminates gear and rotor pressure locking and
    hydraulic out of balance. This is the only pump in the industry with this
    feature!
  • Gears are .660” tall. Standard gears are .875”
    tall.
