Funny Car veteran, Terry Haddock and Jenna Reich are engaged to be married. Haddock popped the question Saturday, January 21 on a romantic carriage ride through Austin, Texas.
The two met in 2007 during a rainout at the 20th annual O’Reilly NHRA Spring Nationals at Royal Purple Raceway when Haddock allowed Reich to sit in his Funny Car. The couple became friends over the years, as Reich’s parents were crewmembers on Haddock’s team and began dating in 2010.
A true racing couple, Haddock is planning to run the Acme Refining Funny Car at 12 or 13 races on the 23 race 2012 NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series schedule and is the 2008 IHRA Funny Car champion. Reich has run Jr. Dragster and Super Comp with her family by her side and is currently licensing in Top Fuel.

Haddock has a 19 year old son, Tyler and a 5 year old, McKailen, and Reich has 34 month old, Braiden. The couple is planning a summer wedding.
