Drag Race Bracket Bonanza (DRBB) has announced the return of its Four-Wide Cup series, beginning with the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway from April 11-13. The event marks the first four-wide race of the 2025 Mission Foods Drag Racing Series.

Introduced last year, the Four-Wide Cup divides the lengthy 20-race season into manageable segments. The two-race series includes back-to-back Las Vegas and Charlotte NHRA Four-Wide Nationals in the spring, enabling fans to fill out two-wide brackets for 17 races and four-wide brackets for the remaining three, all free to play.

“The four-wide races are one of the most unique aspects of our sport, and fans have strong feelings about them,” said DRBB founder Elon Werner. He added, “Not only is it possible, but playing Drag Race Bracket Bonanza makes the four-wide races even more high stakes for our fans.”

DRBB will award signed event plaques to winners in various categories, including Overall, Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle. The top four finishers in the Four-Wide Cup will receive custom trophies and $50 gift certificates, while additional placements will earn personalized certificates for their achievements.

“One of the opportunities that we like to lean into with Four-Wide Cup is not just recognizing the top three winners, but playing into the fours as well,” said Werner. “We are grateful for the support that has made our free game even more exciting for our players.”

To participate in filling out a four-wide bracket, fans should follow these steps:

Create a free DRBB account and log in at DragRaceBracketBonanza.com.

Click on the Fill Out Bracket button after qualifying ends.

For each matchup, select who will finish first, second, third, and fourth for all pro classes over three rounds.
For tiebreakers, predict the fastest speeds for all pro classes on race day.
“It is important that fans remember to mark all of the drivers in the matchup correctly,” Werner stated. He noted that players frequently use the Copy Bracket button for league play, which will only appear after they rank all drivers.

The Carolina Nationals, which will transition to a four-wide format in the fall, will not be included in the Four-Wide Cup series due to its existing participation in the DRBB Countdown series.

“We wanted to keep our various series separate to avoid confusing fans,” Werner explained. “Having these two four-wide races in the early season gives this stage of the year extra significance.”

DRBB plans to make additional announcements throughout the 2025 season. Fans can follow the organization on social media for updates, including @dragracebb on Twitter/X and @DragRaceBracketBonanza on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Players can submit their first four-wide bracket for the Las Vegas Four-Wide Nationals after qualifying ends on Saturday, March 12. They have until the first round of eliminations on Sunday, March 13, at 12 p.m. PST to finalize their picks. Fans can watch the NHRA broadcast on FS1.
