Brian’s Heating & Cooling LLC, an HVAC service provider based in Lexington, S.C., has been announced as the presenting sponsor for the Super Street division of the Red Line Oil PDRA Drag Racing Series. The small-tire class will compete for an increased $5,000-to-win prize at seven of the eight national events scheduled for the 2025 series.
“Brian McGee has been a part of the PDRA community for some time, as his kids race in the series,” said Will Smith, marketing director for PDRA. “He jumped at the chance to get involved with Super Street as a class sponsor because he wants to see the class continue to grow. It’s grown significantly in terms of car count and on-track performance since its inception. Super Street will see its biggest year yet thanks to partners like Brian’s Heating & Cooling LLC.”
With three decades in the HVAC industry, Brian’s Heating & Cooling LLC offers exceptional service to both commercial and residential clients in Lexington and surrounding areas. The company prides itself on utilizing high-quality products and skilled workmanship. Their technicians are equipped to repair, maintain, or replace any make or model of heater, water heater, or air conditioner.
Brian McGee, owner of Brian’s Heating & Cooling LLC, fields two entries in the PDRA, both driven by his sons. Connor McGee has seen success as a multi-time winner in the PDRA Super Street division presented by Brian’s Heating & Cooling LLC, while Spencer McGee finished in the Top 10 in the PDRA Pro Jr. Dragster series presented by Philadelphia Racing Products.
“We wanted to help increase the purse so this class can grow,” McGee said. “I’ve always had a passion for small-tire, heads-up racing. It’s where I grew up racing, and now my kids are growing up in it too. It’s neat that it’s come back full circle, and I get to race it again with my kids.”
Connor McGee, driving his father’s nitrous-fed, Fulton/API-powered Mustang, finished third in the 2024 Super Street points standings, securing victories at Norwalk and Bristol. Across seven races, 24 different drivers earned points in the class, and McGee hopes to see that number increase this season.
