The Mid-West Drag Racing Series has announced a significant payout increase for the Stroud Safety Pro Mod Class in the 2025 season, thanks to valuable sponsorships. Pro Mod event winners will now receive $20,000, an increase from $10,000, while the runner-up payout rises from $3,000 to $5,000.

“We have secured a sponsor that will provide an additional $12,000 to each MWDRS Pro Mod Class event during the 2025 season,” said Keith Haney. This change means that Pro Mod racers will compete for nearly $240,000 in payouts over seven races from Texas to Michigan between April and October.

The Stroud Safety Pro Mod class will feature a total prize structure, with payouts of $20,000 to the winner, $5,000 for the runner-up, $1,000 for semifinalists, $750 for quarterfinalists, and $500 for first-round losers. An additional $500 will be awarded to the No. 1 qualifier.

There are over $34,000 in payouts per event with a $450 entry fee awaiting competitors in the Mid-West Drag Racing Series presented by J&A Service.
