Precision Turbo & Engine has introduced the Next GEN Mustang Ecoboost turbocharger, offering 90 more horsepower and faster spool times than the current NX2 turbocharger. This upgrade aims to enhance the performance of 4-cylinder Ecoboost engines.
The Next GEN turbocharger is a direct drop-in replacement that requires no modifications for installation. It features a high-efficiency Next GEN CEA® compressor wheel for improved horsepower and better response with reduced lag.
This turbocharger includes dual ceramic ball bearings to increase durability and enhance response. Its investment-cast HK30 stainless steel turbine housing is built to withstand high temperatures.
A divided twin-scroll turbine housing improves throttle response, while a ported shroud compressor housing enhances the compressor map width. The kit includes new gaskets and silicone couplers, along with a 3-inch inlet for compatibility with stock and aftermarket intakes.
The turbocharger is backed by a one-year no-fault, no-hassle warranty and provides low RPM response for improved top-end performance.
