Automotive Racing Products (ARP) will continue its tradition of supporting nostalgia drag racing by offering a bonus program at the California Hot Rod Reunion, set for Oct. 24–26 at Famoso Dragstrip in Bakersfield.

The industry-leading fastener manufacturer will award a $1,000 bonus to the Top Fuel, Nitro Funny Car, and AA/Fuel Altered winners in addition to regular Sportsman Class payouts. Eliminator Class winners will each receive $250, and three additional $250 awards will be presented — one for the Longest Sportsman Tow and two for the Longest Gasser Wheelstand in the D/Gas and Hot Rod classes.

“ARP has always stood behind sportsman racing,” said Robert Florine, the company’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “The Hot Rod Reunion is the perfect finale for the Heritage Series, and we’re proud to help challenge the best of the best.”

To qualify for ARP’s bonus money, competitors must display the company’s Special Event Participant Sticker during both qualifying and eliminations.

Darr Hawthorne of BANGshift.com said the Hot Rod Heritage Series has seen fierce competition this season and expects the ARP awards to add even more motivation. “2025 has been incredibly competitive in the Hot Rod Heritage Series, in all classes,” Hawthorne said. “I can’t wait to hand out those big ARP checks after qualifying and eliminations wrap up!”

Tickets for the California Hot Rod Reunion are available online at NHRAMuseum.org. For more information on ARP products, visit ARP-bolts.com or call (800) 826-3045 for a free printed catalog or personalized technical support.
