“It’s very user-friendly with a stronger video platform,” Bennett added. “I know some are not happy with changes to their regular routine. The reason we stayed with the older platform was because we believe if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. In this instance, the platform was broken, and if we didn’t make the switch, we would be broken.”
