A couple of triumphant returns highlight the NHRA’s 2024 Camping World Drag Racing Schedule. NHRA released their schedule on Thursday during the Dodge Power Brokers NHRA U.S. Nationals.
The season will begin at Gainesville Raceway in Florida from March 7-10, with the NHRA Gatornationals. The Pep Boys NHRA Top Fuel All-Star Callout will also be part of the presentation.

The NHRA returns to Phoenix for the 39th annual NHRA Arizona Nationals on April 5-7 after a one-year absence.
The total schedule will feature 21 races, with two of those currently in the finalization process. Those dates are scheduled for June 21-23 and July 12-14. The announcement of these locations and races will be made in the coming weeks.
Other notable races on the schedule include the 24th annual Gerber Collision & Glass Route 66 NHRA Nationals presented by PEAK Performance, which will be held at Route 66 Raceway in Chicago from May 17-19. This event made a triumphant return in 2023 after a hiatus, and it promises to deliver even more excitement in 2024.
NHRA President Glen Cromwell expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming season and the schedule.
“It is always a huge thrill to release our schedule for the upcoming year, and I know the 2024 season will continue to build on all the excitement that’s already taken place in 2023,” Cromwell said. “Celebrating our 55th annual event to open the season in Gainesville and our 70th event at Indianapolis is a great tribute to the longstanding traditions that have been built at these iconic tracks over the past several decades.”
NHRA confirmed that all races in the 2024 NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series will be aired exclusively on FOX Sports, with select events broadcast on FOX.
