The Red Line Synthetic Oil Professional Drag Racers Association (PDRA) has announced its eight-race schedule for 2025, following a successful 2024 season. The series will return to six familiar racetracks on the East Coast and Midwest, starting at GALOT Motorsports Park and concluding at Virginia Motorsports Park.

“The goal each year is to continue to grow in numerous ways while being consistent with the locations, dates, and programs so teams and fans alike can plan accordingly,” said Tyler Crossnoe, series director. He noted that the past season featured first-time winners, first-time champions, and memorable moments.

Crossnoe added, “While we will return to the same six facilities in 2025, we have put an emphasis on even spacing on event dates while working with other series to avoid schedule conflicts.” This approach aims to benefit crew chiefs, drivers, vendors, and fans.

The season opener will take place at GALOT Motorsports Park in Benson, North Carolina, from April 2-5. The series will visit Virginia Motorsports Park from May 1-3 and return to Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, for the American Doorslammer Challenge from May 22-24.

Father’s Day weekend is set for June 12-14 at Maryland International Raceway in Budds Creek, Maryland. Following a six-week summer break, the series resumes at US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan, for the Northern Nationals on July 31-Aug. 2.

The PDRA will then return to Bristol Dragway in Tennessee from August 21-23. “Bristol was an exciting addition to the tour,” Crossnoe said, reflecting on the event’s inaugural success.

The schedule concludes with a second visit to GALOT Motorsports Park from September 11-13 and wraps up the 12th season at Virginia Motorsports Park with the Brian Olson Memorial World Finals on October 2-5.

Additional announcements regarding the 2025 season will be made at the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show, December 11-13, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The series champions will be crowned during the Red Line Oil PDRA Awards Banquet on December 12 at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott.
